1. Can I request a sample before placing an order?
Absolutely. We can send you a wooden card sample so you can experience the material quality, personalization options, and finish. A product sheet with all the technical specifications is also included.
2. Are the samples free?
We offer one standard wooden card sample free of charge. For a fully customized sample (your logo, custom design, QR code, NFC, RFID, etc.), a production fee may apply. Contact us to discuss your needs.
3. How long does it take to receive a sample?
Standard samples are usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Custom samples typically take 7 to 10 business days, depending on design complexity and integrated technologies.
4. Will the sample be identical to the final card?
Yes. All samples reflect the final product’s build quality, from wood type to printing. Customized samples are identical to what you will receive in production.
5. How do I request a sample?
