Nevertheless, in the event of refusal, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services that you have requested. In certain cases, Relevant Cards may ask you to provide your name, e-mail address, telephone number and company (hereinafter referred to as your “Personal Information”), as well as your CV and covering letter in the Employment section.

Neither Relevant Cards nor its subcontractors market the personal data of visitors and users of its site.
4. Shelf life
Your Personal Information is kept by Relevant Cards only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection, which in any case may not exceed 36 months.

Under this right, you have the legal right to request the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of any data concerning you that may be inaccurate, incorrect, incomplete or obsolete. (e) Right of access and communication of data
You have the right to access the Personal Information concerning you. However, in view of Relevant Cards’ obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data, you are hereby informed that your request will be processed provided that you furnish proof of your identity, in particular by producing a scan of your valid identity document (in the event of a request via our dedicated electronic form) or a signed photocopy of your valid identity document (in the event of a request sent in writing). Relevant Cards informs you that it will be entitled, if necessary, to oppose manifestly abusive requests (due to their number, repetitive or systematic nature).
5. Authorized service providers and transfers to countries outside the European Union
Relevant Cards informs you that it has recourse to its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union. However, they are subject to the same rules regarding the confidentiality of personal data. Relevant Cards has previously ensured that its service providers provide adequate guarantees and comply with strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, usage and data protection. In particular, we have ensured that there is a legal basis for transferring data to a third country. In this respect, our service providers are subject to internal company rules that were approved by the CNIL in 2016.
6. Complaint to the competent authority
If you consider that Relevant Cards is not complying with its obligations with regard to your Personal Information, you may lodge a complaint or a request with the competent authority. In France, the competent authority is the CNIL.
